  • Conducted a governance audit on a listed non-operating holding company and its three subsidiaries: An insurance company and an assurance company licensed by the IRA and a fund manager licensed by the CMA, a requirement under the CMA’s Code of Corporate Governance Practices for Issuers of Securities to the Public
